When it comes to tracking who has visited your site, you can use an ip look up to see their location but this is not always accurate and can give false results. If you deal with other businesses then it is possible to find out which companies are looking at your site. There are companies out there that will provide you with this information along with information regarding the company such as credit rating etc.

I have trialled some of this software recently and must admit it looks pretty good, but the truth will be in how many enquiries / sales I can gain from it to find out if it really is value for money.
