Using Google Adwords in your marketing
If you are looking for a quick way to get traffic to your website then you should look in to using Google Adwords. Many people think that they can set up an Adwords campaign and run it effectively, but unless you understand all the options and set them correctly then you can be wasting money, seeing little return. It is very easy to make a mistake when using Google Adwords and this can be costly.
One thing that Adwords does is give each of your keywords a score out of ten. This is made up of three parts, Ad Relevancy, expected click through rate and landing page experience. This score is known as the quality score and the higher it is the cheaper it will be for you to compete for that specific keyword.
To improve your quality score there are a number of points you need to check. The first is that you are targeting a keyword that I something you offer. This may sound odd, but many companies try and target their competitors’ products to try and steel traffic, but this is something that Google frown upon.
